Most orders are shipped the same day they are received. Orders that come in over the weekend and/or include custom and/or temporarily out-of-stock items may be slightly delayed. Depending on the contents, domestic orders are usually shipped via UPS Ground or Priority Mail and delivered in approximately 2-7 business days. Please note: UPS does not ship to post office boxes.
US Express Shipping & Handling
Guaranteed rush shipments can be arranged for an extra fee. Orders must be placed by 2PM PST. Please call (800-755-TOYS) to place your order, or for more information. No weekend delivery (except with Express-charge Saturday Delivery). No APO/FPO. No PO Boxes except for Express PO Box Service. Note: Available for IN-STOCK items only. All back ordered items will be shipped separately via standard post.
International Shipping & Handling.
Standard Post
Standard Post may be used to ship orders outside of the United States. This method is not trackable; we cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via this method. Allow approximately 2-3 weeks for the order to reach customs.
USPS Global Express
USPS Global Express is our recommended shipping method. Packages shipped via USPS Global Express are trackable; allow 5-10 business days for the order to reach customs.

Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our business. Stockroom.com is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of its clients.
All orders from JT's Stockroom are shipped in plain packaging using a return address of "Shipping Manager."
Unlike many online businesses, we do NOT sell or rent access to customer mailing lists or databases to other companies. We will not share ordering information with anyone outside the company, unless compelled to do so by a court order (which has never happened in our 17 years in business).
